The Veronica House is a home and vocational center for women living on the streets of Lima. Named after a victim of trafficking, Veronica’s House provides immediate and lasting care for women, providing food, health care, vocational training, and a transitional space to stability. Generacion is currently working with our partner, Not for Sale, to continue developing the Veronica House to be a sustainable center for these women. Through this, we are also able to provide jobs to young men living on the streets in construction as they help build this shelter.
